Conceived as an intimate setting, the Héritage dining room welcomes a limited number of guests around a unique menu that changes with the seasons and chef Romain Dercile’s inspiration.

Opening times

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only, as well as Saturday lunchtime. Friday lunchtime opening is possible for a minimum of 4 guests, by reservation with 72 hours’ notice.

The house is also home to a second table: the Fleur de Sel fine dining restaurant, with its seasonal à la carte menu and tasting menus.
