A Fine Dining Restaurant near Lausanne: Lunch or Dinner in Cossonay
Some meals are chosen for the table, others for the journey that leads there. Reaching Cossonay-Ville from Lausanne takes around twenty minutes: enough time to leave the traffic behind, watch vineyards and fields replace façades, then park at the foot of a Vaud village that has kept its shutters, fountains and clock.
A table away from the city, but not far from everything
The house is in the heart of the village, in an old building whose dining room favours restraint: soft lighting and attentive service that is never overbearing. Guests come from the Lake Geneva region, from Geneva, Yverdon, Morges or the Vallée de Joux, for a business lunch or a dinner that lingers.
How to get here
By car: around 20 minutes from Lausanne, 25 from Yverdon-les-Bains, with a motorway exit just a few minutes from the centre.
By train: travel to Cossonay-Penthalaz station, then take the funicular up to the village in a few minutes.
Parking: the Chavannes car park and Pré-aux-Moines car park are close to the restaurant. Public spaces can also be found nearby in the village centre, although finding a space can sometimes be difficult.
