Extra Virgin
Olive Oil

For more than four generations, the Crisci family has owned and tended the PiediSanti olive grove, perched on the hills of Salerno in the heart of Cilento National Park, a UNESCO-protected site.

Hand-picked without nets, the Rotondella (90%), Frantoio, Carpellese and Nostrale olives are cold-pressed the same day. Each year, Carlo Crisci composes his oil to achieve the perfect balance of bitterness, fruit and peppery notes.
